The Final Episode of Pokémon: Twilight Wings Blasts off With a Focus on Leon

 

 

The final episode of web anime series Pokémon: Twilight Wings came to an end on August 6, with both the Japanese and English versions coming out at the exact same time – and right on time too, unlike the star of this month's episode, Leon, who needed the help of John (from the first episode of the series) to get him to his match with Raihan.

Series director Shingo Yamashita did both the direction and storyboard for the final episode, entitled 'Sky', with the script written by Sou Kinoshita. Yamashita tweeted out a special future image of the two led kids in the series and said that "with the support of such a wonderful staff, we were able to conclude the series wonderfully."
